Three paths, one approach
Whether you come for coaching, NLP, or relaxational hypnosis—we won't start with a method. We start with you. What is described below are frameworks rather than fixed scripts.
Transformational and Transactional Coaching
For situations when you feel that something needs to change—your relationship to work, to people around you, or to yourself—but you haven't named exactly where that change begins.
The transactional layer looks at what is currently working and what isn't—focusing on concrete steps, decisions, and behavior patterns. The transformational layer goes deeper: to how you see yourself, and what happens when that perception shifts. In practice, I navigate between both based on what proves necessary during our meeting—not according to a predefined formula. It also works remarkably well with fears, phobias, or habits that limit you and that you struggle to let go of.
Vili empathetically applies his practical knowledge of NLP and hypnosis. In my case, he helped me prepare for difficult, often confrontational negotiations where I knew I reacted with excessive tension. Vili helped me break down the situation and identify the trigger for this tension. Being able to perceive the situation in a different frame allowed for a completely new response. Having time for hypnosis also made it possible to rehearse these new reactions in a deeply focused state. I appreciate Vili's calm approach and soft voice 😊. Bára, Mayor, 50 years old
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP works with how you recount the story of who you are and what is possible to yourself—through language, imagery, and memories. Often, it's a story you inherited without consciously choosing it.
The goal is not to teach you a set of techniques. Rather, it is about reshaping internal patterns so that they serve you instead of limiting you—in communication, decision-making, and how you react under pressure.
For years, I was paralyzed by a fear of deep waters, especially on sea vacations. It deprived me of precious time and ruined the wonderful feeling of time off. It took me tens of minutes to jump into the water, and even then with immense resistance. Thoughts kept running through my head about what was at the bottom, what was swimming around me, and whether something would bite me. Because I love water and swimming, this block hurt even more. Vili completely relieved me of my fear of depths…! And all in a single coaching session. He knew exactly which technique to use. During an hour and a half to two hours of visualization, he worked a miracle. I admit I was curious if it would really work, and today I am literally mesmerized by the result. Not only am I no longer afraid of deep water, I actually look forward to swimming in the sea! Sure, sometimes my mind wanders to what might be at the bottom. But just as those thoughts come, they quickly leave. As a former flight attendant, I've experienced many tense situations on airplanes and I'm not used to being easily scared. That's why this fear was so constraining. Meeting Vili was also very pleasant; his voice naturally creates a calm and safe atmosphere. I highly recommend reaching out to Vili. Relaxational Hypnosis
A state of deep relaxation and focused attention in which it becomes easier to reach what is otherwise hidden behind the everyday bustle of the mind. This is not medical treatment or therapy—it is a tool for self-discovery, release, and personal development.
It is not about losing control. It is a state in which you yourself are closer to your own resources, not further from them. If you are dealing with an issue requiring medical or psychotherapeutic care, I will gladly refer you to a qualified specialist.
For me, hypnosis was intriguing in many ways, but what surprised me most was that it felt as if someone showed me a door to a place I can actually visit on my own. To a certain extent, but definitely further than I thought. At the same time, I felt as if I already knew some of those places from other perspectives like meditation, dreams, or daydreams. Hypnosis showed it to me from the inside and connected things so well that it now helps me especially during meditations—it's as if someone turned on a light and showed me that I can relax much deeper and safely go even further… Tereza, Analyst, 47 years old

That is completely fine—and more common than you might think. Send me a few lines about what you are going through or curious about, and we'll discuss together if and how I can help.
